US Capital Global Advises on $56MM Real Estate Loan for Multifamily Real Estate Developer
Global private financial group with headquarters in San Francisco advises on $56 million construction loan for hospital-to-homes real estate conversion.
SAN FRANCISCO, MAY 2021 – US Capital Global has advised on a $56 million real estate loan for a multifamily real estate developer based in the United States (the “Company”). The Company is responsible for the redevelopment of a hospital-to-homes conversion on the site of a former disused hospital. The project will include two new buildings housing several hundred multifamily units, with ground floor retail space. The development will also feature an indoor pool, gym, conference area and business center, theater, yoga room, and multiple resident lounges including a rooftop lounge, alongside several acres of green space.
